– Manage monthly attrition and suggest a solution to reduce attrition rate of employee quit jobs.

– Manage strictly 5S and improve
3- HSE field
– Manage well a plan to monitor hygiene and firefighting activities training, checklist, garbage, harmful garbage, Industrial, living garbage as like government requested.
– Manage following environment rule, safety rules, Calibration, verify equipment
– Holding yearly training about Safety, First air, Chemical issue…
4- Audit (Social compliance and C-TPAT)
– Contact, working with Auditor
– Update the regulation following Customer’s requirement
– Update a procedure follow compliance and maintain a system for audit
– Make a C-A-P (Correctives Action Plan) update send to Auditor
– Maintain a rules code of customer as WRAP, BSCI, Walmart, Better work, Intertek, PVH
