    – Manage well all admin service in company as security, cleaning, canteen….to optimize an efficiency of service
    – Manage admin team with activities ( manage uniform, water waster, environment, drinking water, garden, car service, dormitory…health checkup service ).
    – Manage activities buy equipment’s in office and Admin activities
    – Keep contact/ working with local department as labor office, Insurance office, police office, IZ office…
    – Manage foreigner employee as like buy ticket, hotel, extend Visa, do work permit, temp resident card .. report send to government state.

    – Manage well a plan to monitor hygiene and firefighting activities training, checklist, garbage, harmful garbage, Industrial, living garbage as like government requested.
    – Manage following environment rule, safety rules, Calibration, verify equipment
    – Holding yearly training about Safety, First air, Chemical issue…
    4- Audit (Social compliance and C-TPAT)
    – Contact, working with Auditor
    – Update the regulation following Customer’s requirement
    – Update a procedure follow compliance and maintain a system for audit
    – Make a C-A-P (Correctives Action Plan) update send to Auditor
    – Maintain a rules code of customer as WRAP, BSCI, Walmart, Better work, Intertek, PVH
