QA/QC manager

– Conduct pre-production, in-line, pre-final and final inspections for all types of handicraft products.
– Ensure merchandise is made to sample, specifications, is properly assorted, labeled and packaged, confirm cartons are properly marked and exhibit correct destination, department and article / S.K.U. numbers.
– AQL checking and report.
– Prepare inspection reports on all merchandise inspected whether at pre-production, in-line, pre-final and final inspections.
– Report inspection status in a timely manner including reports on nonconformance and problem that will affect the client merchandise quality and delivery.
– Upload inspection report in timely manner.
– Provide weekly work plan to General Manager.
– Attend meeting, teleconferences and ensure inspection file is completed before conducting inspection.

Planning and Production Control

– Making and control daily, weekly, monthly plan based on customer`s orders (Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki)
– Make weekly cutting report and stock report.
– Daily checking condition of coil, short pipe and long pipe.
– Contact customers to solve all Quality-related problems.
– Checking warehouse for safety and 5S.
– Work as a member of VSP Safety Board.
– Supervise workers to obey safety regulation.
– Check reports prepared by workers (coil, pipe, box,…)
– Out-stock reports (delivery, transfer,…)
– In-stock reports (coil, pipes…)
– Control actual job performance.
– Receive & solve request, proposal of workers (if any)
– Check safety points: height of pilling-up; racks,…
