1/ Job details:

• Quality Control for Aero Engine Part
• Establish Procurement Requirement, Inspection Instruction for Raw materials & deal with Supplier when Nonconformance occurred on Raw materials
• Review Bill of Material, Process Sequence (Router) sheet, Process Inspection and MQS
• Prepare and monitor Product Approval (FAIR, PPAP)
• Perform Internal Product Audit and receive the Audit from customers and 3rd party
• Perform Inspection for final product as Delegated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR)
• Monitor the capability of process using SPC.

2/ Requirements:

• Graduated from Universities (Mechanical Engineering background), 1990 – 198x
• At least 2-year experience related to Quality Control in Mechanical Manufacturing (Aerospace Industry is high priority).
• Proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System Standard (AS9100, ISO 9001)
• Proficiency about product approval (FAIR, PPAP) and Measurement System Analysis
• Familiar with Lean, 7 QC tools.
