Objectives:
- Develop & Implement Marketing policies, programs, and strategies (Online & Offline channels).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Marketing campaigns, manage Marketing budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Marketing Strategies.
- Build up promotion programs and propose specifics related activities.
- Manage and coordinate employees and related departments in the implementation of the Marketing plans.
- Collect and analyze information, position on the market, and identify new customers, demand for products and services as well as the effectiveness of existing Marketing programs and strategies.
- Conduct market research, coordinate with Sales department to forecast purchasing trends and plan Marketing strategies to achieve the Business/Sales plan.
- Update trends and changes in the market, analyze customer behavior and needs, consult on new product development.
- Research and analyze product prices, thereby building competitive pricing strategies for products and services in the market.
- Prepare, allocate and monitor using of the Marketing budget.
- Preparation of reports on marketing activities.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management.
- Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate)
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of baby food market in Vietnam.
- Proven experience in developing strategies, Marketing channels…
- Strong analytical, leadership, project time management.
- Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation skills.
- Abilities to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Teamwork skills.
