Mô tả công việc
• Process orders via email, Facebook, direct message or phone; handle & resolve customer feedbacks
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Ensure all the comments, questions, and feedback from customers are promptly answered.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies; maintain & update customer databases
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the new order process is running smoothly
• Work with some micro KOLs, influencers on the Instagram platform.
• Support peers in delivering urgent requests & some other related tasks as assigned

• Fluent in English
• Keen to details, teamwork, be positive
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to design and to use Photoshop, AI is preferred.
• Experience studying/working with Westerners would be a bonus.
3. Working time: Mon to Fri: 9:00 a.m – 6 p.m
Sat: 9:00 a.m – 4 p.m
• Salary: Negotiable (highly depends on English level & previous experience)
• 13th salary
