DESCRIPTION
  • Work with Japanese customers to understand project requirements.
  • Analyse project requirements, design optimal test cases that follow company’s methodologies.
  • Assign tasks, support and management team members.
  • Review output of team members.
  • Project progress reporting, issues discussing, schedule adjusting directly with customers.
REQUIREMENT
  • University graduated, majoring in information technology. 
  • Have experience working in Japanese projects as QA/QC, Tester, Developer, Project Manager, BrSE…positions.
  • Have high management and people skills such as planning, reporting, problem-solving, negotiation, leadership… 
  • Excellent at Japanese (N2 level, especially communication skill), good at English.

Yêu cầu tối thiểu là 2 năm kinh nghiệm, tuy nhiên nếu ứng viên chỉ có 1 năm kinh nghiệm nhưng tiếng Nhật tốt vẫn có thể apply
