Mô tả công việc

DESCRIPTION
Brief role: Develop sales pipeline by contacting potential customers and providing company solutions to address customer requirements and demand following defined sales strategy.
  • Find the information of contact person in assigned market segments to make appointments with appropriate persons in charge of potential customers.
  • Present introduction of products and services to potential customers following defined sales strategy.
  • Make a proposal document based on standard solution documentation to sell products and services.
  • Keep good communication with existing customers and give appropriate feedback to internal teams from customers.
  • Close the order and process the contract procedure correctly.
  • Attain and exceed individual targets.
REQUIREMENT
  • Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales positions.
  • Having Sales experience in Japanese companies or foreign companies.
  • Sales skill, Solving problems skill, Presentation/Communication/Negotiation skill, able to make a demo of assigned products
  • Microsoft office, email exchange
  • Customer-oriented, active, and open mind
  • Good in Japanese
  • Good in English
Nice to have:
  • Having Sales experience in the IT industry is a plus.
