Mô tả công việc

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Assist to coordinate with the Head of Department to prepare the HR policy and procedure for approval while making sure the company complies with the Laws: Payroll Policy Recruitment Policy Performance Management Policy (KPI, OKRs, Performance Improvement Plan…) Training policy Discipline policy Other policy as required by Line Manager
– Assist to prepare HR metric reports template (Attrition report, Recruitment reports, CV processing report,…)
– Coordinate with IT Department on systems development plan and systems feature launching for approved policy and HR report templates; – Assist Line Manage arrange and conduct the policy training, introducing to employees;
– Assist Line Manage to make sure all employee are complied with company policy;
– Conduct Employee Relation;
– Prepare HR reports as required;
– Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Back Ground:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Laws or relevant field strongly preferred.
2. Experience
– Minimum 4 years’ experience working in HR and Administration field
– Have experience on policy and procedure development
3. Skills / Attitude
– Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices;
– HR management software, ERP.
– Good at English (writing and speaking) Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
– Solid networking and interpersonal skills;
– Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately;
– Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads;
– Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems;
– Be professional and keep work ethics..
