Sales Support Executive
– Receive order information from the sales director, and sales manager and contact the customer to confirm and negotiate sell conditions to be shown in the PO, and sale contract.
– Drafting sale contracts, PO, service contracts, and principles contracts.
– Work with the production and logistic departments to ensure that the delivery process for customers is on schedule as committed in the contract.
– Update sales data, customer information, sale contracts, etc… up to the ERP system.
– Work with customers to support related issues during the pre and after-sales service.
– Answer all questions and requests from customers. To collect and make records of payment of expenses related to the sale.
– Handling documents related to selling such as finalization, issuing VAT invoices, issuing deduction invoices, and recovering public debts,…
– Planning the commodities to be delivered on a weekly and monthly.
– Prepare revenue statements, quantity reports, and other reports as required by the sales director. Find and contact the shipping agent to negotiate and confirm the services contract.
– Making the services contract with the shipping agent, buying insurance for the commodities in the vessel, following up lay-time and lay-can.
– Contact the port to book loading/discharging services as a time to delivery to ensure the customer.
– Prepare import documents (including invoice, packing list, C/O, bill of lading, entrustment contract,…) to vessel go on for the maritime law.
– Perform other professional work as requested by the sales director. -
