Bridge System is a Japanese web/marketing company established in 2009. Our focus is Japanese /Vietnamese companies in Vietnam who want to develop/organize their business with the combination of technology, design and contents.

We are looking for an admin staff who is interested in this business field.

1. Job description
– Routine accounting job including quotation, contract, invoice, cash up.
– Cashflow management
– Purchase ( mainly we buy from printing companies. Negotiate pricing/delivery data with these local companies)
– Bank transactions
– Tax, Social Insurance work
– Support for web / design job (typing, translation to Vietnamese)
– Support for hiring job

2. Requirements
– Has experience in accounting / admin job
– English reading/writing ability (intermediate or more)

3. Other preferable qualifications
– Cloud accounting (Xero)
– Touch negotiating skill
– Reporting to boss

4. Working Condition
– WorkPlace : District 1 (Bui Thi Xuan) / HCMC
– Business Hours: 8:00 am – 17:00 pm
– Holidays: Saturday/Sunday/National Holidays
– Paid Holidays: 12 days /year

5. Benefits
– Bonus every three months (15% of the quarterly final profit is shared with workers)

6. Probation
– Starting at any day
– Probation period: 2 months
– Salary for the probation time is 85% of the contracted salary
– After probation, work contract is done between 2 parties
