• Register the entry and departure status of interns in the immigration bureau’s database.
• Create reports on recent interns’ information and the receiving companies’ information, then report to the relevant organizations.
• Liquidate / Terminate the contracts for interns who have completed their contracts.
• When issues related to interns arise (such as interns returning home before the contract expires), cooperate with the Japanese interns’ management organizations to continue handling the matters.
