This role will play a critical role in the strategic development and prioritization of projects and initiatives in close step with the CMO and the marketing team. The Manager will also partner with the CMO to strategically identify and evaluate opportunity areas, and coordinate with department leaders to ensure teams are organized to work effectively, collaboratively with a focus on key deliverables.

● Be a partner to the CMO – help optimize and focus the CMOs time by performing various duties based on the shifting and growing needs of the CMO and Marketing Organization
● Act as an ambassador (eyes and ears), ensuring the CMO is informed of all priority projects, escalation issues, upcoming events, commitments and responsibilities with appropriate and timely follow up and internal/external meetings
● Coordinate strategic business projects and guide them to completion
● Manage and Ensure operations of the Marketing department
● Help prepare the CMO for Board & ExCo Meetings including agendas and materials
● Conduct research and summarize learnings to advise the CMO on strategic priorities
● Support the productivity of Marketing Meetings by owning the planning, agenda, notes and execution of action items and distilling discussions and thoughts from team meetings into strategic plans
● Own and continuously improve company operating cadence (e.g. team meetings, quarterly business reviews, leadership offsite, cross-functional team meetings with subsidiary marketing teams )
● Execute deliverables with a hands-on approach including drafting correspondence from the CMO and other tasks that facilitate the ability to effectively execute top priorities
● Drive execution of action items agreed upon by the CMO and the lead marketing team
● Drive operational and planning processes to completion in partnership with the lead marketing team and the broader organization
● Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large; this could include research, trend modeling, internal initiatives, new expansion explorations, and more — Step in where help is most needed
● Travel occasionally with or on behalf of our CMO to high-priority events.
● Work closely with Finance, Growth and Business Intelligence to ensure that teams are properly equipped to report on and realize strategic priorities
● Run RFP and Selection process for outside partners

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
● 6+ years of experience in a combination of management consulting, operations, strategy, consulting or an equivalent field
● Experience in designing and leading strategic planning at a hyper-growth company
● Experience developing executive presentations, documents, etc. with advanced level Google suite and MS Office
● Prior hands-on experience and a tenured foundation in the areas of planning & process, product and/or marketing planning & strategy execution
● Financial prowess and ability to create budgets and models

● Confidence in utilizing data and metrics to communicate needs of a business
● Familiar with consumer software growth & retention analytics
● Fluent in macro and micro trends and able to convey qualitative reasoning from quantitative analysis

● Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
● Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines
● Ambidextrous and able to juggle multiple priorities at once

● Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources
● Adaptable, creative, and self starting
● Never complacent and wanting to accept the status quo
● High motor and energy that can be a positive influence on colleagues
