Job Description

·         Looking for new Business opportunities in EMS field (Electronics Manufacturing Services – Contract manufacturing)

·         Develop sales and customer development plan, identify target market and customer to actualize opportunities into order

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build close business partnership with prospect/ Customer purchasing department and relevant stake holders.

·         Pulling request for quotations (RFQ) from Prospects/ Customers
• Co-ordinate and review the RFQs within the concern Departments,
• Submit RQF to customer and negotiations for Business award
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets,
• Develop Sales Team and lead
• Provides monthly reports regarding sales, and performance.

Requirements

Request (Academic level/ Experience/ Skills)

o   University graduate with four to ten years’ relevant sales experience in an EMS Company, MBAs preferred.

o   Deep market knowledge in area of Electronics Manufacturing (competitors, RFQ, prices ect.)

o   Knowledge of various manufacturing processes like SMT, Box Build, Cables etc…

o   Fluent verbal and written English as well as Vietnamese

o   Knowledge of Chinese will be an asset

o   Ready to travel worldwide as needed

o   Strong entrepreneurial skill and mindset

Other information
