Assist Finance Manager on budgeting process, including:
o Build annual budget for each department;
o Support on reviewing & comparing actual and budgeted financials at the month-end; o Entry actual monthly revenue and actual monthly expenses;
o Gather the estimated revenue and expenditures of departments;
o Check payment request;
o Update new budget on monthly basis;
• Perform Financial Modeling for new product launch on Amazon Ecommerce, including forecasted revenue & relevant expenses;
• Support Cash management including petty cash, cash projection for salary payment, office tool purchase, etc.
• Prepare documents for bank loans application such as: Financial Statements, Legal Documents, Banking
Statement, etc.
