Job Description
– Receive shipment information from relevant departments, check and feedback if have any mistake
– Making import docs
– Customs declaration
– Check debit note and make request for payment
– Making the relevant reports.
Requirements
– Careful and meticulous in work
– Agile and resourceful at work
– Know how to organize work properly
– Can withstand work pressure
– Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in export & import
– Good English communication and Specialized English for export and import
– Good use of computer software such as Word, Excel, Outlook…
