| Working Time: From Mon to Fri, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm |
Job Description:
· Support Merchandise Operations Manager: Help develop and execute strategies for inventory management, product assortment, and pricing to boost sales and profitability.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to find growth opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work with purchasing, marketing, and sales teams to align merchandise strategies with business goals.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and special events to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Reporting: Help create reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on merchandise operations.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
