INNOMIZE is looking for a talented Sales Executive (Junior-Middle) to join our team; this role is responsible for pre-selling and selling to new clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals in the IT market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline and drive pursuit.
  • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and customers.
  • Build and maintain a solid brand awareness of a professional brand image in the industry.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and service offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruiting Sales Executives.
  • Support in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company (blog articles, social media…)
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for weekly progress reports.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in sales or business development, any experience in B2B sales, or business administration.
  • Have experience in IT outsourcing/offshore industry is a plus.
  • English Proficiency in both writing and speaking is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.
  • Experience working in a client support role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to research, update, and analyze market trends.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
  • Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, employer branding, and content creation is a plus
