– Develop media relations strategy
– Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding PR, influencer and social media opportunities
– Generate ideas, develop content and proofread communication materials in both English and Vietnamese
– Participate in new business pitches and establish EloQ as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
– Mentor, manage and supervise members of the PR & Communications team
– Plan for team development and training
– Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
– Measure and report performance of campaigns to two partners of the company

• Job requirements

– At least 2 years (for supervisor) or 4 years (for manager) of experience in a similar position; strong preference given to a candidate with agency experience
– Strong writing skills and oral communication skills
– Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
– Ability to lead a team of PR professionals
– A journalism, communications or marketing related university degree
– Understanding of client business issues and requirements
– Ability to delegate effectively
– Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
