Objectives:

  • Develop & Implement Marketing policies, programs, and strategies (Online & Offline channels).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Marketing campaigns, manage Marketing budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Marketing Strategies.
  • Build up promotion programs and propose specifics related activities.
  • Manage and coordinate employees and related departments in the implementation of the Marketing plans.
  • Collect and analyze information, position on the market, and identify new customers, demand for products and services as well as the effectiveness of existing Marketing programs and strategies.
  • Conduct market research, coordinate with Sales department to forecast purchasing trends and plan Marketing strategies to achieve the Business/Sales plan.
  • Update trends and changes in the market, analyze customer behavior and needs, consult on new product development.
  • Research and analyze product prices, thereby building competitive pricing strategies for products and services in the market.
  • Prepare, allocate and monitor using of the Marketing budget.
  • Preparation of reports on marketing activities.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management.
    • Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate)
    • 2 – 5 years of experience in Marketing.
    • Solid knowledge of baby food market in Vietnam.
    • Proven experience in developing strategies, Marketing channels…
    • Strong analytical, leadership, project time management.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation skills.
    • Abilities to work under pressure.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Teamwork skills.
