JOB DESCRIPTION

– Analyze machine error and carry out repair service and spare parts recommendation, find and agree on interim solutions with experts
– Implement machine installation and commissioning with security instructions, providing introduction and technical training to customers
– Carry out preventing and consulting service concerning machine operational and technical issues
– Ensure service updates and data protections
– Other tasks assigned by Service Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics-Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in related industry or experience in maintaining/repairing of CNC machines with controller (Siemens 840D sl, Heidenhain TNC530-TNC640, Fanuc 31iB)
– Good knowledge in CAD/CAM is an advantage
– Strong analytical and structural approach
– Good communication skills in English
– Professional computer skills are required
– Ability to work independently and under pressure
– Self-initiative and teamwork
– Willing to frequent traveling (local/oversea)
