Job position description:
o Responsible for the direct development and implementation of financial activities based on the financial situation and plan of the Company and the Group;
o Consulting Directors, investment activities, giving specific important financial strategies for each project and plan that the Board of implements and approves;
o Analyze the financial situation of the Company to identify the advantages and disadvantages, from which to propose a plan to the Board of Directors and the corporation;
o Maintain liquidity and ensure sufficient financial resources for the Company;
o Manage the accounting system and all financial statements of the Company;
o Working directly with foreign partners, CRYOVIVA Group in India, Singapore, Thailand to ensure financial resources for the Company’s operations in Vietnam.
o Participating in training courses and seminars on implementing a large number of technology transfer and stem cell storage activities abroad in order to understand the company’s expenses;
o Based on the knowledge and experience gained during working abroad, consult the Management Board on setting up a training program for the finance – accounting department in Vietnam.
Requirements on qualifications and work experience:
o University degree equivalent or above majoring in Commerce; Finance; Accounting or other related majors at top universities abroad;
o At least 09 years of working experience in the position of Manager of the finance and accounting department in large foreign companies and corporations operating in the medical and healthcare fields; providing stem cell collection, processing and storage services;
o Knowledge of the Company’s operations and industries, specific knowledge of the field of technology transfer and stem cell storage;
o Understanding the culture, people and working style of partners and customers from Asia (specifically, India, Singapore, Thailand);
o Have good information technology skills, analytical and problem solving skills;
o Having presentation and persuasion skills;
o Ability to synthesize, analyze and make sound financial plans/decisions to help preserve and develop the assets of the business;
o Willing to participate in training courses and seminars within the scope of assigned work, thus retraining the Vietnamese human resources department.
